We strive to provide a work environment where every individual is valued for their unique personality and skills they bring to the team. We look to always learn and grow as many of our employees are ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician certified and we encourage ongoing learning and development for every employee.
Employees also attend a weekly safety meeting, along with random safety audits, directed by our in house safety director to ensure that we offer the best concrete work in the safest manner possible. This not only benefits our employees but the helps protect the owners, properties and facilities we work in.
With more than 20 years of experience, we’ve experienced highs and lows. But, this experience has allowed us to create and environment that takes care of our employees and offers the highest quality concrete service. Located in Brookville, Ohio, B. Concrete offers these services to the greater Dayton area including: Sidney, Troy, Vandalia, Springfield, Beavercreek, Centerville, Miamisburg, northern Cincinnati, and Richmond, Indiana.
