Joseph Robertson

Joseph was born and raised in a large family (oldest of 13 children) in Farmersville, Ohio until moving to Indiana in 2001.  While there Joseph began his career in concrete, working in the Chicago area on residential foundations, flat work and ultimately as a crew foreman.  Joseph moved back to Ohio and joined B. Concrete in 2009 overseeing the foundation crew before transitioning to Field Operations Manager in 2015.

Joseph continues to improve his own skills, currently holding his CDL license, ACI Grade 1 Testing Materials certification and an ACI Flat Work Finisher Certification.  His drive to always better himself leads him to be someone who plays a vital role in everything he does by desiring to bring honor and glory to his Lord and Savior.  Joseph leads by example and and often puts others first, lifting up those around him, helping others in need and mentoring the younger guys in the field.  Not only does Joseph look to better himself but works to make the best of every situation.  His attention to detail in planning and direction help to make projects move forward as smooth and profitable as possible.

Joseph is thankful for the grace that God has shown him, his wife and three children.  He loves taking the time to teach his children and pass on the discipline and hard working values that were instilled in him.  In his down time you might find Joseph remodeling his home, building with his hands or cutting and splitting firewood.
