Matt Balsbaugh

Not only did Matt start B. Concrete in Brookville, Ohio in 1998, he’s been a Brookville native his entire life.  Matt graduated from CTC carpentry school and spent five years gaining real world commercial construction experience working with a local general contractor.

Since that time, Matt has worked hard to grow a company known for quality concrete work and an exceptional workplace culture.  He enjoys partnering with B. Concrete customers to become an integral part of their team.  This joy is evident in his own company as every employee is encouraged and appreciated for the part they bring to the B. Concrete family.  Matt’s compassion for each employee is contagious and he loves to see his co-workers learn and grow both personally and professionally.  Even though he admits he wants to make things happen and can be impatient at times, he appreciates punctuality, thoroughness and a job well done.

Matt shares that he’s overwhelmingly blessed to have a godly wife of 22 years and eight wonderful children who he loves to spend time with.  This blessing makes him aspire to be a godly husband and father with intentionality to make a positive impact on all those around him.  Matt’s personal desire is that he can be a contributor wherever he goes.
